January Grab Bag + sweet little something

Hallo zusammen!

Ich hoffe, es geht Euch gut.

Ich habe diese Woche endlich Nick die Haare geschnitten. Ich konnte mich echt nur schwer von den langen Löckchen trennen, aber er sah wirklich schon aus wie ein kleine Girl *lol* Okay … hier ist er:

This week finally I had cut Nick’s hair. I was a bit sad to say good bye to his long curls but he really looked a bit like a little girl *lol*
So it was time and here he is:

Und nun habe ich etwas von der lieben Sandie bekommen. In Amerika gibt es solche großen Hershey Schokoladentafeln. Dann kann man das Papier aussen herum einfach abmachen und neu einpacken (also wie mit jeder anderen Tafel Schokolade). Sandie hat ein solches Papier gemacht. Damit kann man wunderbar ein ganz persönliches Geschenk machen. Einfach die Schokolade damit einwickeln und mit einem persönlichen Text versehen – fertig.  Ich werde das auf alle Fälle mal ausprobieren! Dankeschön Sandie!

I’ve got something nice from Sandie. She sent me a Candy Bar Wrapper Paper for giant-sized Hershey chocolate bars. I think you in America knows a little bit more about it than we here in Germany.  You can wrap it around the bar and just need to add a little personal note on the journaling card and ready is a very nice gift. I think that is a great idea and I really will try this soon. Thanks so much Sandie!
